Had beautifully maintained room with toiletries, coffee, as example, and protected with smoke detectors. Everyone who worked there was excellent and efficient. The location offered was particularly good short walk to the largest square, restaurants or parks, boats and bars.

We had a fantastic stay at ID Regal Residence. The room was beautifully furnished and very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the old town and within walking distance to everything. The only minor drawback was the lack of an elevator, but the exercise was actually a nice bonus. we highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

We loved staying here! The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the old town, as it is situated in the middle of the pedestrian area where all the action is. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and made our stay even better. We also appreciated the amenities in the room, including the electric kettle and free Wi-Fi.
